REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We take great care in crafting and packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5–7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will review each request and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution.

Libra Moon Rising does not offer refunds for products that have been used, improperly stored, or purchased in error.
